Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
Order Status Information
After entering your tracking number, you will see information such as:
Order placed – We have received your order and are processing it.
Order confirmed – Your payment has been approved and your order is being prepared.
Order shipped – Your package has left our warehouse. You can now track its journey.
Out for delivery – Your package is on its way to your address today.
Delivered – Your package has been delivered. If you do not see it, please check around your property or with a neighbor.
No Tracking Number?
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. Orders typically take 1 to 3 business days to process before shipping. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
If it has been more than 5 business days since you placed your order and you have not received a tracking number, please contact our customer service team. Include your order number in your message so we can assist you faster.
Tracking Shows No Information
Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to show updates after you receive the shipping confirmation. If your tracking number still shows no information after 48 hours, please reach out to us.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to their service. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
