Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been processed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Standard Shipping

Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time: 2 to 3 business days after processing

Cost: Calculated at checkout

International Shipping

Delivery Time: 10 to 14 business days after processing

Cost: Calculated at checkout

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can use this number to track your package at any time.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also offer international shipping to many countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to inquire about shipping options.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applied by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost you pay at checkout.

Please check with your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing your order. We are not able to estimate or cover these charges.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before your order is processed.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

Shipping Delays

From time to time, shipping carriers may experience delays due to high volume, weather, or other circumstances. While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package has left our warehouse.

Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on warehouse locations and product availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
